So i'm making pretty much all of Mika's solid food myself, so far she's tried:
Sweet potato
Apple
Banana
Pear
Carrot and somethiing else that i don't remember and she loved them all. I was just wondering if you guys could tell me some of thing things your little one's liked so i can try them out on Mika

Only give her one new food a day, so if she has a reaction you are able to narrow it down easier. Jaylon loves everything!

at this point there is no such thing as overloading her. its not the type of food that counts its the stomach enlargening enough to be able to digest. You can give her everything that is stage 1 at this point.

Danni I am so glad you are making her food! I did that too and I had a lot of fun with it. I'd stay away from veggies that ill make her gassy like cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, etc. I made rice cereal with rice flour and water. That was super easy and super cheap. I made oatmeal and pureed it. I made buckwheat and pureed that too. When you are ready for teething biscuits let me know-I have a great recipe!

I'm ready now! Mika's got her first one coming and don't i know it! Unfortunatly she's like my nephew and has got an ear infection with it Sad I'll check with my health visitor on wednesday to see if it's ok for her to have teething biscuits because all the ones in shops say from 7 months
