Hi,

I am a 19 year old college student, and I have myself all worked up. I have been experiencing very bad indigestion lately, as well as dull aches in my chest and back and some lightheaded spells when I lay down. It's really starting to scare me and take a toll on my mental health, as I am scared that I will just all of a sudden have a heart attack. I do smoke, but not a lot, and I am overweight, and I know that those are risk factors. I have never had any health problems, my cholesterol levels are good, and my blood pressure is fair. Should I be very concerned? I do have some anxiety issues, so I'm not sure if what I am experiencing is just part of my problem. Please help, I'm extremely nerved up about this whole thing.

I Have Been Studying Heart Problems And Anxiety issues for a year and a half!!

Heart Pain Stays in the same place doesnt hurt when you touch it or move or breath!

At your age i would think it was very unlikely that you had a heart problem though i have anxiety jaw chest and arm pains and dizziness and im sixteen !

If you keep convincing yourself its your heart you will become worse and will grow more syphtoms "" Just calm down ! and have a check up at the doctors and see a physiciartrist !!

Smoking will make your anxietys worse like mine did i gave it up genuinely believe if it scared you that much you wouldnt smoke !

these r things you should avoid with anxiety

Nicottine
Fatty foods
Caffine/Coca cola

Hpe this helped wb
