Q: Irritation when urinating ... 7 months after unprotected sex

Ok, so here's the story. About 7 months ago I had unprotected sex with a girl who's been around the block. It was a bad decision I know, I've beat myself up about it enough. Anyways, ever since then I've seemed to notice when I urinate it just feels kinda different. At first I wasn't sure if it was my mind playing tricks with me because of the anxiety, or if I had an STD. It wouldn't necessarily sting, but whenever I flex my penis I feel discomfort near the tip, or whenever I begin my urination the tip feels irritated. Also, after I've urinated the inside of my penis feels irritated for about an hour. I kind of get this whole...shaky/washed out feeling. The only time my penis doesn't get the irritation feeling is when I'm doing sport practices. Like when I loosen up and stretch and start running around I'm just fine. Anyways, so I was real worried so I went and got tested for Chlamydia and gonorrhea. Both test came back negative so I felt pretty good about that. That was about 2 months ago, and I still get the same irritation. I really want to know what's goin on, it's causing me to get performance anxiety to the max and I hate that. Overall it's just a stressful situation. If anyone can tell me what they think is going on I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

Might just be a UTI - urinary tract infection. Easily diagnosed with a urine sample.

Age does not affect transmission of STDs. There are a lot of other STD's you could have, so I'd personally get tested for all of them. You can go to Planned Parenthood (yes, boys can go too!) and get tested for free.

Yeah I already went there and got tested for clamydia and gonnorhea. I had to pay though which sucked. Can they check for UTI's aswell?

Why did you have to pay? That's very odd. As I said, there are other STD's aside from Chlamydia and Ghonnorhea, and you could have one of those. Yes, they can test for UTI's.

Everything, specifically. These are the top ten most common STDs (there are 50 others aside from these):

SYPHILIS

CHLAMYDIA [~]

GONORRHEA [~]

HERPES

AIDS

HEPATITIS

GENITAL WARTS

CHANCROID

PUBIC LICE (crabs) & SCABIES

TRICHOMONIASIS
