Right Testicle Mass With Pain Posted: 11-06-07 10:19am
Hello i have been checking my Scrotum when
i take showers as does a women when she
does a breast examination. I recently
found a lump or mass at the base of my
Right Testical, its clear from what i can
see with a flash light, but i am worried
that is what i want to see, and its
painful at times, ie touched while examing
the mass, it is oval-rounded and smooth as
far as i can tell, its larger today than
it was 2 days ago. and i noticed 3 days
ago i had a brownish tinge to my semen
when my partner and i were having
intercourse, and now my semen is yellow,
and liquid like no clumps or anything just
liquid...
Please Help i am freaking out i am pretty
healthy, and am concerned with STD's, or
Testicular Cancer, or my friend being a
nurse, he said that it sounds like a
Hydrocele.
Please Help

That sounds very serious if your semen is
yellow and you have a visible lump.
Please see the doctor. Know need to get
treatmetnt.

but you may have an infection and it needs
to be check right away...
