How do deal with high school stress ?
Posted: 11-05-07 22:06pm

I HAVE THE FOLLOWING GO WRONG IN MY 15 YEAR OLD LIFE:

- sharp heart pains, no idea where, it lasts 2 minutes and increasing, hurts like heck
- daily UNBEARABLE headaches, i cannot stand it. i cannot focus in school and am yelled at, and kicked for putting my head down. YES KICKED BY A TEACHER.
- sharp bladder pains, hurts to lean over or walk/laugh
- floaters in my eye. stupid eye doctor said he found nothing, impossible to concentrate reading for >5 minutes
- plantar faschitis, cant run jump or do anything in gym except weights. it hurts to walk >5-10 minutes
- eye pain, my eyes have sharp pain along with headaches and its so unbearable, and light kills them

if this matters also, another stupid thing is my breath. ITS NEVER FRESH. i brush my teeth like 3 times in the morning, mouthwash, breathmint, gum and the second the gum comes out my mouth feels dirty and my breath smells.

I have an mri tomorrow, but it takes ANOTHER WEEK TO GET THE RESULTS.

WHAT DO I DO

oh wait i FORGOT. i also have AT MINIMUM 45 minutes of HOMEWORK each night along with MOST NIGHTS UP TO 3 HOURS. k, not bad, UNTIL YOU ADD IN BAND, PLAY REHEARSELS AND EVERYTHING ELSE. yea, i get home at eight do homework till 11-12 and wake up at 5:45

Not knowing what is wrong can make a person very angry. Let's wait and see how you MRI comes out and take it from there. It could be one thing wrong, it could be several. Listen to what your doctor says and follow his leads. Let' not put the cart before the horse and get yourself all kinds of worked up about it untill you have some facts to go on.
I wish you the best with the MRI and keep us up-dated.
You sound very angry. Not knowing casuses that in everyone.
And who told you it takes a week to get the results of an MRI?

I too have floaters. Make sure you keep your eyes lubricated often. There are many out there. Sustaine, Sooth, Refresh etc. That may limit some of those floaters.

Seems like you're trying to keep up with some idea of what you SHOULD be doing. Why not simplify and cut back on some of your activities? It doesn't sound like you're having too much fun.

Hi there!

Willing to bet it's all anxiety-related. You probably have a buttload of muscle tension/vein constriction going on & digestion issues. And lack of sleep isn't helping you any, either! I agree with the above post. Try to cut back on your activities and see if that helps. You're way too young to be so frantically busy!!!!! You should be having fun with your life, because once you leave school, it's all about work, work, work!!!!
