Slight Headache, Green Stools, Slight Unsteadiness

A couple days ago I got bit by a wood tick. Of course being the type of person I am I came online to see if there's anything that could result from it. Of course I found out about Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Right now I have a very slight headache, and since last night all my stools have been green and I've gone 2-3 times just today. I also think I sometimes feel a slight unsteadiness while sitting and sometimes while standing/walking, but this could be from being tired(I think). I am pretty sure I don't have a fever(yet). I was wondering if this is worth a trip to the doctor or if I should just wait it out?

I should also point out that I've been having sinus headaches since August and they've gone for the most part. I was at my doctors office last week for that. And over the past week or maybe longer I've had multiple bowel movements a day. The new things after the tick bite is the green stools and unsteadiness. I also took an antibiotic after the tick bite that was not prescribed to me(Amoxicillin 500 mg), but only one. Should I be worried about all this or is it just going to my head? Confused

Did you get the tick remove?
For how long was the tick attached to your skin before it was removed?
Have you been taking some medicines to treat sinusitis?
Do the green stool look like diarrhea?
Do you find your bowel habits changed in other ways, too?
Do you have muscle weakness or paralysis?
Do you have a skin rush?
