hello every one Very Happy
I am a 21 year old homosexual guy, and I have been in a relation with some one for about a month now. we decided to take it slow and easy so we havent had anal intercourse yet, but my partner has been talking about it alot lately and i thought well i will do it for him. i am just a little worried because some of my homosexual friends told me that anal sex is very painful first time. i dont want to upset my B/F i really love him and all but i just dont think i am ready for this. Embarassed
if i decide to go with this what would be your advice? Question
and if i feel i dont want to do it now how can i tell it to my B/F with out creating tension between us? Sad
thanks Smile

It is painful. Lube up.

And be honest - talk to your boy. Honestly, if he has a problem with you feeling nervous, he's not someone you're going to want to share your first time with. It's gotta be special, and you're going to have to be comfortable.

Hi, hemo.
I'm gay too.

Don't ever have anal sex for the first time (or ever) with someone unless you're completely ready. If this guy liked you as much as you think he does, he will wait until you're ready.

Anal sex didn't hurt for me the first time, but everyone's different.
Also, what's his take on letting you be the top? He's gotta be just as ready as you are if he expects it from you. (Unless you're ok with being the bottom).

I forgot to add: Make sure you're both tested for STDs before you decide to go condom free. Seriously, anal sex is VERY high risk when it comes to infection!!

Well thank you for the valuable advice guys! Surprised , I have had a serious talk with my B/F and he agreed to help me prepare for this event by various methods that would make anal intercourse better for both of us. Wink As for top and bottom, personally I don’t know what my B/F thinks about me being top, but that’s because I never talked to him about it I never imagined my self as top, but maybe later at some point of my life I will experience it. Rolling Eyes
As for STDs I am not worried at all my B/F is in med-school we took a few blood tests he is making sure we are healthy. I just love him he is so intelligent! Very Happy

Good, as long as you both are in it together, everything will be fine.

I have had some skepticism about anal intercourse as well. I thought about having it with someone I love, but at the same time, I am really not into pain or discomfort... just pure pleasure.

My past experiences have been mostly alot of vanilla action, and my former partner and I have talked about it, we decided not to, basically because how we both were confomfortable with it.

I guess it is safe to say, a gay couple can have a romantic and intimate relationship without the need for anal intercourse. Sure, I may try it someday, but at the same time, being ready for it is a big thing.
