I have tiny bumps on the bottom of my penis and on the bottom of my penis . They do not look like pimple's and they don't look like wart's . I also have them , i dont know how to explain , circular part of my penis head . I'm tottaly embarrassed by the bumps and am scared to get active . I'm desperate for an answer , can someone help me .

You said on the bottom of your penis... where exactly? Underneath? Near the base where your penis connects do your body? Do they hurt when you touch them?

no, the dont hurt . i have them on my penis head like the circular part like the rim of the head . but they dont hurt or itch or anything there just there , what do you think they are ?

Hm. Do you have a foreskin? If you're not circumcised, it could be a heat rash, and, although I'm not suggesting your dirty or anything, it could be from dampness and germs that are held in by the foreskin. These things can also happen if you're circumcised.

I would go and get a doctor to look at it. It's good to get these things under control in case it is something contageous (you can get genital viruses and infections without any actual sexual contact!). I hope this helps!!
