Yep the dress is from David's Bridal. It's the one I'm getting for my wedding when it comes around, but the dress is going to be white with baby blue sashes down the back. Very Happy

That sounds like a nice color combination. *sugh* I love weddings, but never want to have my own again Very Happy Too much stress!

This is my dress, not from the actual wedding day though, of course.

A picture of the beading on my veil. It matched the small pink flowers on my dress perfectly. It took me DAYS to do it all... and I wore the stupid thing for five minutes.

and my ring...

You should really add water marks or something to your pictures! They're beautiful... people are going to start using them as backgrounds! Smile It's easy to tell that you're an environmental science student.

An orchid from my mom's garden:

Just some random pink flowers she had on a pretty summer day:

I'd love to have a camera like yours. I *just* got a new one, haven't really got a chance to use it yet though.

I really like the last one with the sepia-toned background. It looks like it could be on the cover for a parenting book. "How to raise kids as cute as Sandy's" Laughing

I've been taking pics since my sr yr in high school... (about 10 yrs now).... got 3 film cams with lenses...and just got my digital about 9 months ago...and have already run over 10 thousand pics through it... I love taking pics...

edit: if you all want them as backgrounds I dont mind, i'm not in it for the money... those may be hard to blow up for a background...I have the originals if anyone is interested... no blowing up needed... they are bigger than most computer screens

I was an only child for 13 years, and then my parents "decided" to finally give me a little brother. I love him!

That puppy doesn't even look real! I think I'm obsessed with pet pictures. It really is a problem I have Laughing

I wish I could hold her. Please post a recent picture of her if you ever have time. I can't help but wonder what that cute thing looks like now! My dog has that same soccer ball, or atleast she did when she was a puppy. She's huge now, so it's more of a cat toy.

Also, I love the flooring that you have. What type of wood is that? Bamboo? Maple? I don't know why, but I always loved that color of light wood, but I never figured out what it was. I'd love to redo our kitchen and put that in there. We have darker wood throughout the dining room, kitchen, and living room.

Thanks! She really is adorable, people stop us in the street all the time to stroke her and ask me what breed and where I got her etc. Shes still tiny compared to other dogs. We met a chihuaha cross yorkie terrier last week in the park which I think was a little smaller than her. Shes completely white apart from 1 patch on her left eye. She loves everyone, seriously shes so friendly and affectionate. Jay calls her his sister at times lol

These pics were taken from over 500 ft away... they were hard to take with the camera over my head and not able to look through the view finder.... and it was dark and had to cheat the flash.... I went to see the Mythbusters and Billy Ray Cyrus played afterward...

lol.... I went to see the Mythbusters... he was just there playing afterward... might as well have stayed... I drove over an hour with the flu and a 102 fever... had to walk over a mile from the car and the same distance back... I actually got lost cuz I was so incoherent and had to walk farther to get back.... good thing I had my GPS on me... I followed my track back to the car once I realized I wasnt going the right direction... once I got to the car I had to take a nap... I was drained...and felt like I wanted to die... the drive back sucked bad... in the dark and my brain was fried from the fever....

Edit: the moon pics are all lens...no digital zoom on the comp or anything...I used a 600mm lens with a 2x doubler.....and the others are not enhanced either... just maybe some slight cropping...but on very few.... usually dont crop until I make a print....... well it was fun tonight...but it's time for bed... catch ya all later... good night

Jay named her Laney-Lu. Mostly Laney but her nick name is Laney-Lu and Lu-Lu.
Im not sure what our flooring is called, luckily it was already here when we moved in. Im not keen on the dark wood. Good thing about this colour is the white dog hairs dont show up on it!
