Cervicitis? Uti's??? Sex Related..?

So ok...I've been having problems for about 2 years now. I've been with the same person (the only person I've ever been sexual active with) for 6 years. We never had any problems with sex up until 2 years ago. I am 22 years old by the way. At first, I was having UTI's repeatedly, they would go away, but as soon as I had sex again, it would come back. (Yes I pee before and after, clean myself before and after, I have experimented with many things already as I have been researching this for 2 years now...) Well, I finally decided to go to the gynocologist for the first time about 4 months ago. While I was there, after the test, I asked her if any signs of a UTI came up in the urine sample, she said no. But then a nurse came in and gave me 4 pills of I have no idea what, she told me I had signs of Cervicitis and to take the pills. She said the Cervicitis may have something to do with the UTI's I was struggling with, maybe playing a roll off of eachother back and forth causing eachother to flare up. I am completely ignorant when it comes to health, thats why I see a health professional to teach me. She did not tell me anything about the Cervicitis and I didnt think to ask questions until after I got home and went online and realized Cervicitis is kinda serious. Well, those pills made me sicker than a dog, I couldn't get off the floor, I was laying on the floor so sick for about 3 hours. My back and my stomach was hurting immensely.
So after that, I started to wonder if the UTI's were not happening from sex. I was starting to wonder if Sex was causing Cervicitis, which Cervicitis was then causing the UTI's....is this a problem anyone else has??? My fiance is slightly bigger than average and I am a small person and he does bottom out easily. I have just now switched from latex condoms to non latex to see if maybe I am allergic, I don't know if allergins can cause cervicitis...I cant find any GOOD information on Cervicitis besides basic information. I need details. The bottom line is, EVERYTIME me and my fiance have sex, I have problems afterwards. Usually the day after I feel swollen inside and usually urges to urinate frequently, but I do not feel a major burning sensations...just urges. IF it is Cervicitis, is there a cure? Does anyone else have this problem? And the strange thing is, I have been reading through these forums and I see that some ppl bleed a little durring fingering etc... We use to do heavy fingering to build me up before sex, and I would sometimes bleed a little, and I use to be ok, this was before all the UTI problems and health problems started...I just wonder if the force of the fingering and sex could have damaged me internally and caused build up of cells or something. I have been reading alot online and thats one of the factors. I just don't know what to do anymore. I just wish I could have sex and not worry about feeling like crap afterwards. Any information or help that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Also, another problem is, I would go back to a doctor but I already am in debt to them around $300. I went to a free health clinic for the gynocolgist. (which they never called me after my visit so im assuming all results were negative for any sign of anything bad.) I have no health insurance and cant afford to get any. I think its rediculous that for women who have a constant need for health cant afford to go to a doctor when it is a NEED, not a necessity. I am having serious problems that could probably impact my ability to have kids in the future...I have read cervicitis can cause women to not be able to get pregnant and can cause miscarriages, pre-mature births, or even cause babies to die durring delivery. I am afraid of what might happen and yet I have no options.
