last night when getting into the car I slammed my jaw on the open door (like with my head straight and on the outer edge). It hurt pretty bad and was sore. it is still sore today, and my throat hurts a bit when i swallow, and I swear I can feel more of a dent on that side today. i am very worried because I have heard of people getting hit in the head and then having to get surgery and getting facial deformities and bone issues and everything. could this happen to me or is it probably just temporarily injured? I have no bruises or visible swelling or anything but it feels weird.
