last few months ive just always been tired and i know why. i have had a stiff neck for the last 9 months. at first i didnt care but now im tired of it. i never feel rested after sleep. now im always tired. now recently im getting headaches though i have to admit there not to bad but still im tired of this. i know its my stiff neck thats cuasing this becuase theres nothing else wrong with me and besides getting a neck massage what else should i do to get rid of the stiff neck and keep it from getting stiff again. do you think i should get a new pillow or a new mattress? any suggestions are welcome
