Ok well i couple months back i use to excessively rub ice on my face and do it almost all the time well my skin dry'd out and i ended up having dry skin and then on top of that dandruff formed on my face sort of an eczema which i did end up cureing but the medicine ended up thinning out my skin.


my question is if my skin will ever go back to normal since i never had dry skin i just dried it out and plus im only 17 turning 18 on nov 11th
