Ive been on the pill for 10 years and stopped taking the pill this past month. But i decided to get back on the pill. I started the pill today which is the 6th day of my period. My question is should i be using a back up method for this month?

Probably- usually you should take it within the first couple of days of your period, but since this is the sixth, probably use back up.
