I'm looking for something that's not
meditation tohelp me relax. Just any good
ways that people here have used to
actually physically help themselves relax
(other than a large bottle of red and an
hour of Clannad:). Anyone got anything
they find useful, and quick?

You know, you can just google "relaxation
techniques" and you'll find TONS of info.
But the main thing is, find something you
actually enjoy. I mean, if you like
sports, get out and play tennis to relax.
If you like art, buy an easel. If you like
reading, invest if a good novel (or a
library card!) It will have the same
benefits. Just find something you enjoy
doing that is healty physical activity or
inactivity (like meditation, yoga, etc.)
and do it!

you could listen to music, watch a movie
with friends one method of relaxing i
enjoy is watching comedy acts of comedians
makes me laugh and keeps my mind of the
world. also releases my stress from
laughing to much. i hope this can help
although you can basically do anything it
all varies on the person do what you enjoy
and you should reduce stress.
