Hello,

Recently I have discovered that many people taking various water tratments; health spas, mudbaths, sauna and the similars...

I got some descriptions about some of them:
http://www.frenchhealthspas.com/html/gloss ary.html

It sounds fine, but is that something real help for the general health or just a gimmic?

I would like to get the opinion of someone who knows about these things...
If it is true, I may missed something until now !

Thanks !

I'm a fan of hot mineral water baths. I'm not sure why or how, but every time I leave a hot spring, I feel refreshed and renewed. The heat increases my heart rate for a while, and also bathing for such a long time exfoliates the skin.

Ok... That Makes Me Feel Better...
It is hard nowadays to know what is real and what is humbug...
I "feel" too that is good ...
But not many people can say really why...

So.... I can count myself of a hot spa fan too... that is sure, I am not alone...

What are some favorite spots?

I used to go to hot springs in Colorado, USA but now am in Eastern Europe. I'll have to look some of them up. There is one close by in a town called Bansko (the place of baths). My favorite hot springs, though, are those blended into the natural scene. Strawberry Springs is in Western CO and was just that - you can even bathe nude.
