Well, your mouth is defined by your skull, so anything to change it would be pretty drastic. Why do you ask?

haha.... no i didn't mean the jaw or the teeth inside... i just meant like the hole... like making the hole larger.... with the lips...i was just wondering... it's actually a weird story.... but i heard a friend tell me a story of a japanese girl who tried to have this sugery done... but im not sure if it even exists... cuting ur mouth to make it larger.....sounds kinda scary

i have some explanation for that
i have a problem that my tongue is somehow large for the mouth hole !! such that i feel problems during talk for example , cause i keep biting my tongue !!
i cant talk easily unless i put a gum in my mouth to avoid biting my tongue !! my dentist told me that size of tongue is large for such a hole , i wish i can make it larger , or to have a medicine that reduces size of tongue !!

Um... if your tongue is too large for your mouth, then you have too many teeth, period. This is a dentist thing, not a doctor thing. The least teeth a person could have is 28, and the most - with wisdom teeth fully erupted in - is 32. My fiance has all 32, and he has a HUGE mouth. His tongue is perfectly comfortable, while I have 28 and my tongue is overcrowded. It's a simple fact of your jaw being too small for the number of teeth you presently have. Usually, the dentist will pull out the last molars, let it heal up for a while, and the rest of your teeth will settle in a bit. After that, a mouth retainer is possible.

well my mouth is wayyy small
when i smile, i dont even form a smile line, which i actually do want since i was little.
if i could picture a mouth enlarging surgery, it would just be to snip the edges of my mouth to from a bigger hole. personally, i dont think its such a bad thing because it doesnt alter your face that much.
