I had mcdonald's yesterday too! Ugh!!! A
good ol' cheeseburger and fries. I'm
cracking down! Yesterday was sooooo bad,
I ate a bowl of cereal in the morning,
some pretzels and a glass of dr pepper as
a snack (I crave salty things, I don't
like sweets much), pizza rolls and dr
pepper for lunch, and a mcdonalds
cheeseburger, fries, and a huge dr pepper
(not to mention I went to bed like an hour
afterwards). Hellllloo! I wonder why I'm
complaining about my weight! I should
start exercising, too. I'm just not sure
who to take with me. I haven't gone to
the gym in two years! We have a really
nice gym (with free membership might I
had) at the college I go to, and I
literally live like a mile from campus. I
have so much opportunity, and I'm not even
using it! I deserved to get fat I
can't even eat cereal twice a day or go
hop on an elliptical machine!
What's even worse is I know all about
nutrition and effective ways to lose
weight and all that, but THIS is how I
chose to live! I know I shouldn't be
eating meals past 8 o'clock. I know I
should never skip breakfast. I know I
should drink water and certainly NOT drink
three or four sodas a day. I KNOW that
eating a limited diet is not the
healthiest way to lose weight (and
especially not to keep it off)... but here
I am.
Alas, I'm going to eat 2 bowls of cereal,
2 snacks, and a salad with chicken and
sticks of carrots and celery today if it
KILLLLSSS me. I've had enough.

Oh dear, mcdonalds. There's times when you
just crave it even though it's not that
nice lol.
I'm doing well so far. I've just had a
bagel with turkey and salad it was really
nice and I want more lol. I've been to the
gym today as well, and spent an hour and a
bit there as well as the 15 min walk each
way. I've made a list of healthy stuff to
eat for this week as well, so I can keep
track of it.
My weight at this point is 66kg/145.5lbs

I'm a little late, but yes when i was on
it, I gained 30 pounds in a year and half
(that's also marriage weight as I got
married about the time I started the shot)
and most of it was stomach weight (looked
about 5months along). I stopped it in Oct
of 2003 and by January of 04 I had lost 20
of it (Switched to Yasmine) and Was 5 lbs
away from my orginal weight when we
deciede to get preggers. I miss the not
having to take a pill a day, so if the
group works out, let me know I might want
to switch back to it if I can control the
flux of weight.

Well I'd been doing great all week and
lost 2 kgs (3lbs or something) and I've
had a fat day today and I've gone right
back up to my original weight all because I had
an italian meal last night for my friends
birthday, even though I ate nothing all
day and didn't really have that much at
the meal anyway, as I didn't eat even half
my meal.
I'm surprised though. I've found that my
appetite has gone down quite a lot and I
don't feel hungry as much anymore. I can
eat tea at 4pm and not be hungry for the
rest of the night, which never happened
before.
How are you all doing then?

Oh Eiri, haha... no no. We're supposed to
eat TWO bowls of cereal, two snacks, and a
regular meal. However, I have only been
eating one bowl in the morning and then
slacking off the rest of the day and
filling myself with whatever I happen to
have cravings for. Too much corn flakes!

definitely do not have that problem
Mrs, you just look more of a normal weight
now. It doesn't look bad.

Wow.
I think different body frames hold weight
differently, though. I've never looked
that skinny, even when I weighed ten
pounds less than that. I wish I had the
balls to post picture that revealing for
you girls to see, but I can't bring myself
to do it. My arms, legs, and thigs are
flabby now, but my stomach is particularly
bad. I really do need to lose a few
pounds and get myself toned up. I'm
embarrassed to even let my husband
see/touch me when I'm naked lately. That
was the point at which I knew I needed to
fix some things.
I'm glad you've put on weight. I'm sure
you look healthy now.

yeah i think yur WAY smaller then 103 in
those pics
i was 5'6 before pregnant and weighed
100lbs and i looked nothing like that at
all.

That's a little skinnier than I look guys,
and depending on her height that could be
anywhere from 90-100 lbs. I'm only 100 but
then again, I'm 5'3" XD So at 5'5", I'd
say those pics are probably around my
weight right now.
