oooh I forgot about the special K diet.
I've been thinking about going on a diet
because I've gone up a size  and I feel sooo
fat. I'm 5' 4 and I'm 147lbs. My belly is
a bit big as well, but I'm generally
unhappy with my whole body. My thighs are
disgusting. I wouldn't feel like this but
now I don't have any time to go to the
gym.
So I want to go on a diet, but I dunno if
I can really. My weakness is going out for
big meals. Especially curry. I don't
usually eat during the day, or I'll just
have snacks for dinner, and then I'll have
tea and then want a big meal again on the
night. But even if I don't eat at all one
day I'll still feel fat in the afternoon
and on the night.
I might consider the special K diet hmmm.

I know how you feel. My weakness lately
is food in general. It's really bad since
I was always small and never had to worry
about it before. So I like everything....
a whole LOTS of everything. The worst
part is I don't eat any meat except for
white meat chicken, hamburger meat, and
pepperoni, so I'm sure you can imagine the
kind of crap I eat. And I LOVE fast food.
This will really be a challenge for me as
well.

i think i'll have to go to the store to
get a scale! I went last night to get
some special k product. I got the cereal
and ate a bowl last night! I'm
reallydon't like the strawberries so I'll
just take them out and put bananas. I
also go the meal replacement protein bar,
those are alright. I got the K2O packets
that u put in water and it's really good.
I got the strawberry lemonade. I thought
about getting the waffles but they're too
expensive! I'll post my starting weight as
soon as I get a scale which will be today!

I've been wanting to try that protein
water, but I didn't want to buy a bunch of
the bottles since I thought they'd be
pretty expensive. I love pink lemonade,
so I'll go today and look for some of
those. I guess it's like those crystal
light packets? I need something though
because I'm completely addicted to sodas.
I noticed this morning when I was eating
the cereal that those strawberries are
pretty freaking tangy! But anyway I hope I
start to crave cereal instead of french
fries

lol yeah i meant pink lemonade. I paid it
$5.48 for a box w/ 10 packets. The
bottles were to expensive and it was only
4 in a pack. I'm gonna eat some waffles
this morning. Then I'm going to get a
scale!

Well this is officially the worst day for
me to try and start a diet 
Lance just came home and told me I didn't
have to worry about making lunch because
he's getting pizza and wings for the
football game.
First off, he'd think I was a freaking
weirdo for sitting next to him with a bowl
of cereal instead of a hot wing. And
second, he even thought to get boneless
ones for me! [droooooolll] I love him...
but this sucks
I guess I'll just have this as [a really
awful] regular meal and another bowl
tonight for dinner. Jeesh. I hope you're
doing better than I am!

medium pepperoni pizza, a can of Dr

equipment today, I'm all set.
Start weight is 145lbs. That sounds so
much compared to you both lol
It's my friend's birthday on Sunday and
we're all going out for a meal, lol. how

Hate to burst your bubbles, but that
cereal diet will get really really OLD
FAST.......once you do loose some weight,
mainly water weight at first, if you don't
continue to just eat cereal you'll gain
hte weight back/ The best thing for
loosing weight and keeping it off is to
change your eating pattern to healthy
foods. Also, walking for only 20 minutes 5
days a week........thats not much......I
have been on every diet imaginable and
wasted so much $ on books, products, diet
pills, hoodia you name it from Sugar
Busters to Dr. Atkins.....Weight Watchers
was grat for my Mother, its a point value
thing, but still the companies are out to
get money from you. Crying shame someone
wanting to loose weight and keep it off
can't find a reliable website for
FREE........ Water.......drink lots of
water. Put lemon in it, don't wate $ on
that flavoured crap....better yet, eat a
large marshmellow and drink a full glass
of water.you'll be full for a LONG
TIME...........I just got off dreaded
treadmill, oh boy tomorrow night is weight
lifting........,I can hardly WEIGHT....I
just don't want to look like other 50 year
olds............so I guess I'm obsessed
about gaining weight..........Just wanted
to save you girls some time and money and
not let the companies rip you
off.................

I messed up today bad! I ate the
mcdonalds i been wanting this pass
weekend. Shoot I need to step my game up!
It's hard to change your eating
patterns.
Fairy*Godmother I know exactly what you
are saying. Me personally, would NEVER
get on diet pills or anything like that.
I eat 1-2 bowls of the Special K cereal a
day and dinner can be what you normally
eat. I'm gonna also start excerising both
walking and running which will help out
alot with losing weight.
Day 2 135lbs!

I'll see how it goes but to be honest I
LOVE cereal. I'm really weird. I am the
fussiest eater in the world, I hate fruit
and I hate water. I like veg but I don't
so much like cooking them lol. but cereal
is nice and easy, and tasty.
I think part of my problem is not so much
what Ieat, it's when I eat. Like I said
before I'll skip dinner and won't eat til
like 3pm then have loads after that.
I'm going to the gym tomorrow!! I used to
go twice a week but since uni started I've
had no time for it, but I've got half the
day off tomorrow so I'll go then, and next
week there's an aerobics class starting on
Friday mornings so I'll go to that too. I
felt great when I went to the gym, but
since I came back off holiday I've just
had hardly any time and I feel so flabby
now.
