Pregnancy While On Birth Control And Condom Use.. Posted: 11-03-07 08:50am
So my boyfriends and I do not want to get
pregnant right now. We don't have sex very
often and when we do we use a condom. I'm
on birth control as well. I've been told
that its impossible to get pregnant while
on the pill and using a condom, but there
has to be a small possibility, taking into
considerations a few late pills, etc.. I'm
bleeding on my sugar pills right now,
fairly normally to how I usually do, but
I've also read that most women that get
pregnant on birth control do bleed during
their sugar pills that would normally have
been their missed period. I just want to
know what really are the chances of me
being pregnant under those conditions and
how would my bleeding or pregnancy
symptoms be different while bleeding if i
were pregnant..

the chances are very slim. i got pregnant
while on the pill and using condoms so it
is not impossible. i wouldn't worry about
getting pregnant unless you arent taking
them properly. when i fell pregnant with
william it was a missed period. same with
me pregnant now (i was also on the pill).

so even though you were on the pill ..you
didn't bleed?
i've read that a lot of women who do get
pregnant on the pill still bleed during
their "missed period" during their
placebos.
