so i took a 3 hour nap earlier today and
now its 1:19 am and i cant sleep! ive
messed my schedual all up!

kids in bed at 9:30 and they JUST fell
asleep at ONE A.M.

I also think when go to bed with ur mouth
closed but sometime during ur nap your
mouth is open that your having the best
sleep...thats my fiance and I's rule, if
we notice that the other person is
sleeping with their mouth open dont wake
them lol
