My baby toe has always been a little plumper than the other due to breaking it in 1977. But lately I have gotten a sore and swollen bump on it that is pinkish in colour and it`s very sore. I`ve tried bathing it in Epson salts and that soothed it for awhile but it doesn`t seem to want to go away. I don`t think it`s a corn because there`s no core or a callus because it`s not tough.
I can`t seem to find any other thing on the net other than gout. Would it be gout I wonder. I`m 49 and female if that makes any difference and wear work boots at work that are now rubbing the heck out of it.
