Hi guys,
I am just wondering if ne 1 can give me a
word of advice of how to keep in control
and not fall in to obsessions.
I do not have an ed but I know I do have
issues with food and like all of us we
have our good and our bad days and at the
mo I am on the inbetween stages. I am
wanting to lose weight for my trip to
florida in july and I dont want to lose my
self control and become obsessive again
and feel like I am in control when I
really am not and not be able to eat in
front of people, which is when I know
things will get out of control. I dont
know if you understand what I am trying to
say.............
