Hey ladies I know that many women have asked this question before but I do not remember the answer......... So I am wondering when is the earliest time or should I say how many days after ovulation do you have to wait to take a pregnancy test and get accurate results I know that I should wait until my cycle is due but I already have a long cycle and I am pretty that I O'd on Oct. 23rd (my first day of af was Oct 3). Right now I am on cd 30 and last month my cycle was 41 days (yes I know it was long) So if I O'd on Oct 23 when would be a good time to test

If you had an extreamly sensitive test, you might get a result 10 days after conception no earlier though, I wouldn't think. BUT, Even if you O'd on the 23rd, it could have been up to 3 days before sperm met eg and you actually concieved. Don't waste your money for the sake of a few days. Wait until your at least day late, then you can be pretty confident that you're getting a reliable result, and if It's a negative, It's 4 days less knowing your not pregnant, and wiating to try again!!!!
