What kind of high blood medicine you are taking and for how long?
What kind of allergy you are experiencing?
Do you usually have mild, moderate, or severe allergic reactions?

I am not a Doctor but just advise so you don't go through what i went through. If your given Allegra and Flonase which is excellent, your Doctor may forget tell you to watch your BP because it can elevate it. Unfortunately my BP while on medication went from 116/60 to 194/104 and stayed elevated till i ended up in the ER and was told to stop taking Allergra as well as Flonase immediately. Now my allergies are acting up again and i'm terrified to take anything. So good post and i also want to know what are good medications to take with high BP.

Non-steroidal nasal sprays like NasalCrom (cromolyn sodium) nasal spray, can help prevent symptoms of allergic rhinitis if used before symptoms start. It's a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and needs to be used more often than the nasal steroids, three to four times a day.
People with uncontrolled high blood pressure or serious heart disease shouldn't take decongestants unless directed by a doctor.
Allegra D (fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine) is an example of a prescription drug that contains both an antihistamine (fexofenadine) and a decongestant (pseudoephedrine) and should be avoid if the patient has hypertension.
