This all started around a month ago. I had a UTI, dipstick tested positive for it. Was given macrobid. Felt fine until 3 days after the prescription was done, then it came back. Went the doc again, and although there was no UTI showing on the dipstick again, MD gave me more macrobid.
Went to see a urologist yesterday and he said he thinks it is a UTI, still.
Took my blood and took a urine sample to the lab aswell.
This time I am taking sulfamethox 400mg/trimethropin 80mg.

Anyone else ever have this problem with antiboitic resistance to UTIs???
help. Confused Sad
