I was wondering if this has happened to any of you. I had serious complications after my c section. The doctors missed an arterial bleeder and I bleed internally. Resulting in a blood transfusion (6 pints) and my hemoglobin dropped to a 4.4. Has anyone else experienced this? Please let me know. I'm trying to piece togeather my birth experience and understand why this happened.
