Mysterious Cuts Appear after Sleeping - possible causes? Posted: 11-01-07 12:54pm
I hope this is the category since it
occurs on the skin. My mom periodically
finds these pretty deep cuts, on her left
leg when she wakes up in the mornings and
doesn't know how she gets them. They
aren't there before she goes to sleep, but
she wakes up with two or three separate
cuts. They are usually long and look as if
she got cut on a piece of wire. We have
looked all around her bed and surrounding
areas, but see no sources. We have also
recently moved to a new house, but she
still gets them. She thought maybe she
scratched her leg with her toes on the
other foot, but after cutting her toe
nails to a really low point, she still got
them. They also have recently appeared on
her other leg.
Does anybody happen to know about this?
Has this happened to anyone else?

I sometimes wake up with scratches on my
face without knowing what happened... I
tend to think it's my fingernails.
How long are these scratches?
Have you considered some paranormal
phenomenon going on???

the cuts are from just below the back of
her knee down to her ankle. Mom recently
said they aren't happening as often and
she was hoping they were caused by her
toenails.... but I don't know. My nails
are a little long and don't do that.

i just didnt want to freak you out by
saying that its a possibility that a
paranormal being is doing this to you in
your sleep
it happened to my sister 2 yrs ago
she would wake up atleast 2 times a week
with scrtatches that looked like cat
scratches? and so after about 3 weeks of
it ongoing my mom called in a psycic that
shes good friends with. she said there was
negative energy specificly in that room
and the basement.
after my sister started sleeping in the
guest room it never hapened again.
