I am 47 yrs old and not going through
menopause yet, but I have had the weirdest
pains the last couple of days. I feels
like period cramps going right through to
my back. Really really bad in the front,
not as bad in the back. At times they are
even in the tops of my legs. Its just a
constant ache and I feel bloated. In my
35 years of getting my period I have never
felt like this before---anyone have any
ideas what this is about?
I guess I should tell you I work out with
weights, but really don't feel these are
pulled muscles.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I quite often get the same sort of pains
when I have my period, inner thighs is a
common place for me to get aches, sounds
like its menstral related to me..... When
is your period due?.. Maybe its ovulation
pain.

I guess its not ovulation pain if you have
just had your period... I think you
should mention it to your doctor to put
your mind at rest
