Can anyone give me some info please?
I'm planning to get some Rhinoplasty in the Philippines.
I'm half Filipino and half Kashmiri and my nose definately shows my Kashmiri origin! Don't get me wrong I'm very proud of my heritage but I want a cute Filipino nose!

I understand the most common nose procedures in the Far East is building the nose up so it appears longer - I want the opposite!

We're planning to go home next year and I am seriously thinking of getting this done.

Any ideas of costings and maybe recommendations of where I should go for this procedure?

Any advice would appreciated.
