Why is ulnar pulse difficult to feel? Posted: 10-31-07 10:40am
hello everyone, I had a question on some
of my homework that I was trying to find
the answer to. The question is "why can
the ulnar pulse not usually be felt?"
I think the answer is that the radial
pulse is taken because it is closer to the
skin, while the ulnar artery is farther
below the skin, making it harder to feel.
I just wanted to make sure this was right.
