I just went and had ultrasound today. I am 6weeks 4 days and I have a corpus luteum cyst on my left ovary. The doctor said this is very normal and actually a good sign. It helps keep the baby in place and produces progesterone. I have had 3 miscarriages and they said this is good. I do have a little discomfort but not bad. They said it should go away around week 12.
