Hogh Blood Pressure

i am a 37 year old male that has been sick for three months ive been to doctor after doctor please help me email me if you know whats going on .this is what happens when i eat i get blotted ,head hearts .i break out i get flush and my back gets red i am a 37 year old male that has been sick for three months ive been to doctor after doctor please help me email me if you know whats going on .this is what happens when i eat i get blotted ,head hearts .i break out i get flush and my back gets red it makes me real sick i can eat two pieces of wheat bread and my sugar goes up to 300.(i have type 2 diabites) my blood pressure gets high example 195/110 i take 1500 mg of diabeties medicine daily and two blood pressure medecine also when i got to the rest room i get sick my head hearts i have sharp pains i get numb .they have checked my kidneys ,gall bladder , they have check for corconid tumors , i have had them go down my throat and look at my stomach ,ive had a test for dumping syndrome they cant find anything please help me i just want my life back to normal could this be a heart problem?please help!!!!! i cant eat meat or pasta i take nexium for the last 7 years .
