Hi I have a small cut on my penis head. You wouldn't believe how I got it but I will tell you anyway. I was working with my dad on tearing down a house, mind you I am only 17 (soon to be 18 in feb), and I hit a support beam out of a wall and it fell directly on my penis. I now have a small 1/4 inch cut across the top of my penis head. It isn't very deep but it hurts quite a bit. I didn't tell my dad about it because that is just embarrassing. Anyway I need help as in what to do? I am pretty sure that I should just leave it alone and let it heal? There is no need for stitches or anything I am sure. I cleaned it out with peroxide and some soap so it shouldn't get infected.

Is this the right thing to do? Just keep it clean and let it self heal or should I see a doc?

Thanks.

You should be fine, just make sure you keep it clean.

If it doesn't start to heal, though, go to a doctor. Your penis is very prone to infection when it's cut.
