Do some pro-choice people support animal rights? Then why don't they care for humans?

Who says we don't care for humans? I'm for animal rights. You do realize that prochoice means we're pro ANY choice the woman makes? Doesn't mean we're forcing abortion. That'd be silly, especially in my case, as I've had 2 kids.

Yes, I think other animals should have the right to have abortions just like human animals.

Is that what you're asking? Wink

I'm pro-choice, and I am a huge supporter of animal rights. Why wouldn't we be? A living, breathing animal can feel pain and fear, unlike an embryo/fetus.

Being pro-choice is NOT being anti-human. It is not anti-birth. It is not anti-life.

What you need to understand - so I'll write it slowly - is this:

Pro-choice is pro ALL choice.

If you want a baby, that is your choice. Go do it. If you want to abort, that is your choice. Go do it. If you want to give to adoption, that is your choice. Go do it.

As far as animal rights go, I am also very strong for reducing cruelty to food-animals. There is senseless violence to born, living, conscious animals and there is no excuse for it.

I'm not anti-meat, not at all. We are omnivores, we have stomachs capable of digesting meat, bodies made to run off of those nutrients, and teeth that can remove the meat. I am anti-cruelty.

On that note, I often see abortion as preventing cruelty. It is cruel to bring an unwanted child into the world. It is cruel to force a woman to be pregnant when she doesn't want to be.

Of course I love animals! I love BORN babies too. I just believe it is the womens right to choose how she wants to proceed with the pregnancy.

From his comments about not dating 'ignorant pro-choice women', I'm pretty sure he sucks, misinformed or not. Razz

Lol.

On the subject of animal abortions, I learned an interesting fact over the spring. It turns out that female guinie-pigs must give birth (if they're to be bred) before they reach one year of age. Their hip bones fuse together at this age and birth becomes lethal. A friend had her guinie-pig get pregnant on accident (long story) and had to take her in for an abortion lol!

Only to guys who can't read the rules of the Women's Chat forum and then decided women are stupid for discussing shaving. Seriously, what's wrong with you?

How do you know I'm not a women?

(exactly)

Because you said you were a man in the post itself, that's why I reported it. You have also had several posts and refer to yourself as male. Finally, you asked for "photos, plz?" on a breast topic. I don't know of many lesbians who do that. They're a little more subtle.
