I really didn't know where to post this so I thought this forum would be good. Anyway I have lost about 20 pounds and I am very proud of myself and I am down to my goal weight.I have been eating alot in the past 5 days and have gained 3 pounds back.I mostly crave candy and chips. It seems like im hungry all the time.I chew gum to help with my cravings but it doesn't help.Anyone have any tips that I can use to help with my cravings and keep my goal weight?

Cravings
Aside from gum, drinking water, and eating fruits and veggies - I sometimes snack on the 100 calorie packs. You can get chips, cookies, chocolate..... Also, weight watchers makes chocolate.
Congrats on the weight loss!
I have recently lost a lot of weight (after having 2 babies!) and am almost at my goal. I still get cravings - but just try to eat an apple or some celery - something that is nice and crunchy!

Also
you can try making yogurt drinks at home with non fat yogurt fat free milk fruit of your choice and either fake or very low amount real sugar, in your blender, these are very good healthy and filling (for a while lol), sweet potatoe baked and topped with sugar free syrup is good too, by the way mango makes the best yogurt drink if you can find two sweet mangoes you can make a fantastic yogurt drink-hot drinks help to curb the appetite as well as keeping busy-sit in front of the TV and the ice cream will definatley start calling you lol
