hi i really need some advice. my fiance and i have been having sex for four years now. for the past few months i have been having trouble staying wet. i am fine at first but after a few minutes i am so dry. even when i am really into it, it doesn't make a difference. i feel bad for him because he is a very sexual person and i want to satisfy him. we have tried different lubricants and they dry up also. i need to find a solution fast. is this normal or is there something wrong with me and do i need to see a doctor? i have been on birth control for a long time and it did not used to be a problem so i do not think that is to blame. i don't have anyone to talk to about this.. i am desperate. please help!

Especially eHealthy
Buy more lube, and use way more than you think you need.

i'm only 19 and i don't get very "wet" either..
obviously you need to use lubes... but i would focus on your diet.
what are you eating??
do you eat a lot of salty food?
this may not even be logical... but i eat too much salty food, which makes your body retain more water.

are you drinking a lot of water????

my advice would be to try drinking lots of water, then perhaps you can produce more... personal lubricant.
