Q: Pinching Pain!

I don't know if this has ever happened to anyone but wiith me, I keep getting this Pinching feeling when I eat or drink something sweet. It doesn't last long but it is a sudden pinch pain that almost itches when I itch my shoulder it goes away. Someone got any ideas?

Where is the pinching pain? In your shoulder? Or it only goes away after you itch your shoulder?

Shoulder...

It is in my shoulder and No it does not go away as soon as I itch it. Theres just a sharp pain. It only happens when I take swallows of sada pop or eat and swallow things like brownies and cookies.
