There's really nothing you can do, you just have to wait for nature to take it's course.

A. I find high voices just as sexy as low ones
B. You're still young. My brother's voice didn't drop until he was 16 so relax!

Oh, it all varies. It might be all at once or it might be just random. And you might not get much armpit hair or something like that, you just have to wait and see.

Puberty isn't much fun!

Check this out. It's written for kids so you'll have to be patient, but it's got a lot of good info.

You are 15, quit worrying, you can potentially continue to grow until your early 20s. As long as you don't sound like a castrati, its fine. I have an unusually deep voice (at random times) which just kind of sets on depending on my mood. Then people say I sound like a black guy -_-, and I don't know, I don't think my voice is that great just because its deep. I like it because I can simultaneously change from high to deep, and mess around with asian/indian accents =) I'm working on british... Anyway, back to the normal topic, you have a lot of time on you. Such a thing can only change with time/genes, what you can do for now is focus on other qualities that would make you more masculine, i.e working out. Which by the way, can raise your hormonal levels, which could then possibly improve your growth and voice.

It absolutely varies from person to person! I got hairy arm pits first, then pimples, and then finally breasts at age 15. I don't remember when my pubic hair came in.

If you want a career in vocal music or public speaking, there are professional tutors available who can train you to maximize your vocal range. Certain vocal exercises in singing really do help. My sister-in-law, who is a professional soprano, has an amazing chest voice which is really deep and rich. If a soprano can manage that, I think you could do it, as well. But you will need a good vocal instructor.
