my seizures are uncontrolled and I have had two last week on friday and saturday. it was my own fault on saturday for i went and sat down thinking i might have another epilepsy seizure but i smelt my toast starting to burn and i said to myself i'll probably be OK so i got up and went to kitchen to turn off toaster and what i took out was starting to burn. i must have fallen in kitchen and when i came round i went back to bed for about half an hour. i got up and could hardly move. my back from head to to bottom of legs is aching. i was crying shortly before i did this and i want to know what is the best thing i can do to heal up. at the moment i am taking nurofen capsules 200mg, which you take every four hours. i have had 4 today. They help a bit but not completely. could you tell me the best thing to do, please.
