What is a tummy apron? 285, that is unhealthy miss lady. Your BMI is way up there and you are much more susceptible to obesity related cancers and diseases, you must work hard to lower it. You shouldn't be concerned about just losing your tummy fat, overall exercise and lifestyle changes are highly recommended. At your weight, it is probably difficult for you to do exercises such as running correct? For now all you can do is do exercises you enjoy, and are in your reach. If walking is tiring but you are capable of doing it for some time, do it.

To have gained that amount of weight simply isn't a matter of conceiving a child or lack of exercise, you are most definitely not eating properly and/or poor living conditions.
