Q: Uterus cramping + back and stomach pain

spent weds in a and e from severe back pains and stomach. Went back to a and e twice and have been told different things by all doctors.
there ideas to wat it could be:-
1.crumbling appendix/ appendicitous
2.my cysts turning
3.ligaments stretchin
still have no answer and have been in so much pain bearly got out of bed since and have been just given higher pain killers all the time.
Not happy about wat i am taking but cant handle being without them.
I am on Solpadol right now. Is this safe?? its a combo of co-codamol and paracetmol.
