Stomach pain and irregular menstrual period w/no bleeding

I have been having a very irregular menstural cycle for the past few months. (When I was on the b/c pill it was regular same time every month, when I stopped that beginning of 2007 it's been irreg since.) In sept it was only 2 days long and now it's almost Nov and I still haven't had it. Now I have a new problem, for the past 4 days my stomache has been crampy, almost like a gassy feeling. Sometimes it is doubling me over and it wakes me throughout the night. I have been taking Milk of Mag but it doesnt seem to be helping with the pain however it did help me to have a bm. Now the pain feels like it is in my overies. I recently lost my health insurance so I'm trying to find a solution to this before I need to seek medical attention. I don't want to go pay for a doctor if it is just gas pain.

Is it possible to have period like sympoms without bleeding?? Would that be considered a period? Embarassed

I suggest seeing a doc. You could find a free clinic around your or a planned parenthood or something, they do regular check ups like that even if you don't have insurance.

I'm not convinced that your stomach problems are related to your period, but if you're not getting a period, that's a good enough reason for me to stop in to the gyno's office. Smile
