Q: Strange Bump Left Side of Torso - hemiated organ or cancer?

Hello. I've noticed that a small bump has appeared on the left side of my torso. Although it has been going on for about two years, and it is barely noticeable and is spread over a relatively large area, it does give me a sensation which can be similar to that of pressure from inside my torso.
I've been drinking cola quite heavily for the last four years, and as I know it's not exactly one of the healthiest beverages around, my first thought was that I have a tumor, or ,even worse, cancer. But as I'm only 16, I think that can be safely disregarded as the cause. However, it sometimes causes mild pain in the first few minutes after I drink a cola, and even if it doesn't , it is much easier to be felt. I've pressed against it and it didn't hurt at all, no matter how hard I try.
I've heard of the term hemiated organ , and seen pictures with people that had such a "hemiated" organ. They had similar bumps, but in far worse condition (the bump was clearly visible, mine is only barely noticeable, and that even when I look down on it, sort of in a "landscape" fashion).
So ...what could it be? Thank you for your attention.

Especially eHealthy
Soda does not cause cancer.

It could be a tumor of some kind, but I assure you it wasn't caused by cola Evil or Very Mad

I have no idea what it could be, though I'd assume a herniated organ would be incredibly painful. It is possible to have non-cancerous tumors, but they should still be removed. I'd have a doctor look at it.
