Q: Can headache be caused by depressed mood ?

I have had a headache for a couple of weeks now and a doctor was no use. All he wanted to do was give me a pain killer and I want the cause gone, not just covered up.
So I was wondering if it was possible to be based on my mood. Some days the headache is bad and then every once in a while it goes away. I wouldnt say that i am depressed, but i have some bad days - and on those days the headache seems worse. On awesome days I dont really have the headache.
Or could it just be my mood effecting how tense I am, possibly causing a headache. I really have no idea and it would great if someone could give me their opinion.

Thanks!

Stress and moodiness can cause tension which can cause headaches; so your attitude is definitely a cause of headaches!

You may also need glasses, or to change the prescription if you already have them.
