Hysterectomy - what causes pain and bleeding during sex? Posted: 10-28-07 14:50pm
I have had a Hysterectomy in Aug this
year! I still have Pain and bleeding with
sex....The pain afterwards lasts for DAYS
and feels like the pain I had after
Surgery...What causes this and what so I
do.....I am 28 yrs old, with 2 daughters
~history of Ovarian Cancer x2 No
treatments~

I would check with your doctor to make
sure you healed correctly.

I have been to the doc and all they said
is I needed to heal longer well that was a
month ago and I am still having Pain and
its been almost 3 months now....the pain
is unreal and so bad I have to keep taking
pain killers

I am suprised you were having sex so soon
after you're hysterectomy! My doctor did
not want me to have sex until i went back
after 6 weeks and had an internal exam to
make sure everything was healing right. I
would say something is not right.
