I have moved a LOT, so I can give some good advice Smile

Start packing now. If there is clothing you're not using right now pack it away in boxes and start stacking them. Are you using professional movers, or are you taking a u-haul?

As far as clothing: Do you need that argyle sweater? Do a closet-clean. If you have clothes that you haven't worn in a while, place them in a bag and donate them to a local Salvation Army.

Get things organized. Anything you can start packing right now, do it. Make sure to label your boxes with contents and room names!

Do you really need that? If you've got items you've simply collected away since last time you moved, determine whether or not you really need them. Have you read that book already? What about that stack of magazines? Cleaning up the house and throwing away extraneous belongings lightens your load and makes it easier to pack Smile Again, you can donate these items, have a garage sale, or simply throw them away.

Pack up your unused linens. Bedsheets that aren't being used, pillow cases, etc. Make sure you NEED it first, if not chuck it.

Basically, condense and organize your belongings.

We are using U-haul.. There aren't many things that we have acquired since last year.. though there are some clothes and stuff that could go.. You know the "I will fit in this again" type stuff Smile .
Other than that we are not taking furniture.. the majority of the boxes are books.. figures.. and games >.<. I never thought about boxing now.. I could organize the boxes we have and start a storage room for unused things..
