Ok i honostly dont know where to begin. Recently she has been eating no more then 900 calories a day 800 on most days. I know its bad to eat under 1200 a day, Shes been blacking out. feeling sick alot and just not being herself. Now when i try to confront her about it she always says
"Im fine dont worry about it" and then proceeds to ignore me after, She wont let me have a seriouse conversation about it. Ill take her out shopping and when shes trying on clothes ect she says "ew i can see my colar bone" and "my ribs look nasty" But i still cant get her to eat more. Ive honostly tried everything i can think of i need help, Shes only 17 and ive had a friend die to this before and i dont know what id do if i lost her we've been together for almost 4 years now im 17 as well any ideas will be most appriciated. thanks in advance.

Im not sure really to go about helping her. You can possibly try and talk to her parents. By your ways of describing her she sounds painfully thing already. Its hard for someone with an eating disorder to admit they have one. But just be there for her constantly no matter what. Keep trying to sit down and talk to her, i think being confrontational might not be helping. But she does need to seek professional help before it kills her especially with blacking out and stuff. Im sure her parents might be noticing a change in her as well. If your in school id recommend telling the guidance councelor at the school who can maybe call her in to the office to talk with her about it and see f she will open up, I hope this helps take care PM me if you ever need to talk Smile Diane
