Sometimes I don't always know how to take certain comments that my husband makes. However, the harshest comment he has recently made was that he feels "angry towards women." I asked him if he was angry at me & he assured me that it wasn't me. He surmised that he felt angry towards his mother & that he had been thinking about her earlier.

I didn't know how to take the comment, so I left the room. It makes me wonder if it's his bipolar disorder speaking (he gets fixated on certain things & just mulls them over for long periods of times) or if it's something else. I realize that I had to take my feelings into account & had to leave before he started talking about anything else in that same vein.

Anyway, any insight would be appreciated. Do all men feel that way about women?
