Appreciate some thoughts as to why a tumor inside the left atrium (left atrial myxoma) would cause frequent dizziness and a feeling of tiredness most of the time. Blood flow impairment the cause?

Thank you for your help.

'MYXOMA' its a rear Tumor in the heart, usually these tumors are benign in nature. If diagonised should be removed surgically, because its a life threatening tumor, if not removed surgically then the patient may undergo a sudden cardiac arrest.
